We have after much discussion bought a Sunvalley 8 from Yeomans. We ahve been looking for a bigger tent and had seen the Norfolk Lake, but that was so much more expensive. When we saw that it was on offer we checked the internet for other companies that might have an offer, but none could match this deal. I picked the tent up on Monday and we too are waiting for decent weather this weekend to see if there are prroblems with the zip. I hope we haven't made a mistake buying this tent, but I've read all the reviews on here and most people are really satified with the size of this tent. So fingers crossed and that ours and all the others that have purchased this from Yeomans get a problem free tent
Lol Graemec,we thought our garden was big enough for our needs but didn't plan on buying a huge tent when we bought the house.
Gardens probably just big enough but it's the kids stuff, trampolines, cars, bikes, swing ball,swings,slides,sandpit,etc....just take to long shifting it all lol

Wasnt being clever...in fact if the truth be known its not "our" garden, we live in an old folks shertered housing complex (wifes the warden) so there are no trampolines or bikes to worry about....just the odd zimmer frame...

I spoke to the people there and they told me the sale price, with discount card, is £299, not £243. You should have snapped it up, at that price!
we are four at the moment but once theyve fled the nest i expect me and the oh will carry on with it if its still in good repair. just think you'll be able to keep the car undercover as well !

Ive convinced the wife that we'll have to be really social and invite other tenters in for a drink in the evening to justify having such a huge tent....
Any other comments about how stupidly large the sv8 is for two people...was I silly?
hi Liddenham
it was defo on sale outside at 243 wwith card cos we walked round three or four times looking at the tents and we kept going back to it ,but all the outwell tents with the exception of the hartford had tell tale signs of leaks, and we went to look at the aspen 700,so we had already made our minds up not to get another sv8 even if they had given it us for free...i bet they soon wipped it off(price tag)once they realised
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
