There are quite a few options, the ones that come to mind first:
Outwell Montana 4/6, SV6/8 - where the bedrooms are zipped together and can make one single bedroom.
The similar Outwell Lake models, Bear Lake etc.
Vango Aspens or Sunncamp Oasis, again connected bedrooms
North Face Trailhead (as suggested on another thread today) - big single space.
Gelert Utah
Wynnster Orion
Outdoor Rev Scenic Vrx5i
Sunncamp Pathfinder
Kyham Yale (it is really a single chamber, with some dividers which can be held back)

dont know if it helps, but we had a Sunncamp haven 6 which had two bedrooms at one end, separated by a 'curtain' which we never used, and another at the other end, again we never used it. using it in this way we found there was more than ample room for the two of us, and could quite possibly suit your needs too.------------- Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional

We have a sunncamp vario 600. We also have a 4yr old son. the tent has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4+ 2. all 3 of us sleep in one room and use the other room as a walk in wardrobe!!
you would have to check the measurements but im sure a cot would fit.
One thing i have read on here which i dont know if you've thought off is that a porch area for the pushchair could come in handy.

Hiya. Our tunnel tent is the marechal vario 9 from www.outdoor2go.co.uk
It has lots of room and flexibility with the bedrooms.

And where, pray tell, is the Cabanon Guadeloupe?
