Hi all,
Sorry not been on here for a while, been totallymanic with work. Just a quick question how can i was my inner it has a SIG but ive read somewhere you can wash it in the bath?
Would that damage the SIG?
Help please!!

I dunno If I was to wash one of the inners of my tent I would do it in the bath by hand and rinse it really well and then dry it out over the bath or somewhere it is going to dry...?
Thats what Id do any way I think most inner sleeping compartments, have a sig?
well a plastic bit in the bottom at least lol

yes you can wash them in the bath, if your washing machine is large enough you can put them in that too.

Just one thing, trust we are talking about the inners for a synthetic tent here? If washing inners for a canvas tent then be sure to use non-bio powder, as if any remains in the fabric and then it comes into the contact with cotton canvas, theory is that it will affect the waterproofing. Personally, I just use an additional rinse cycle, and make sure there is no detergent residue at all.

Well mine are in for a spin in the washer today after camping last night in the muddiest place I have ever woke up to find myself in (almost) lol
One nights camping has just made me 3 days washing and packing away stuff....
Oh well part of what I enjoy...................(Yes I am med ...but if your here so are you !!!)
