Does anybody know of any forthcoming tent shows, preferably somewhere near Yorkshire?
We went to the Outdoor Show at the Excel Centre in London the other weekend, enjoyed looking at caravans, mobile homes etc but the Under Canvas section was a little disappointing. A dozen or so tents from Yeomans Outdoors was all there was to offer.
Hi there, Im not sure if there will be any tent shows on at this time of year but depending on where you are you may fine there are some places with as you have said a few on show...
I know there is a place called PJ camping but they are down south, they have a big selection though
PJ Camping is based in St Albans and Collier Row, but their tent display comes down in October and will go back up in March/April, depending on weather.
Personally, I find them a bit pricey on all their stuff.

We are in the market for a new family tent but it's always nice to see them in the flesh so to speak. I am looking forward to seeing the Outwell Vermont which looks perfect for us. Plenty of space and a SIG too, I liked the look of the Sun Valley 8 but this looks like an improvement on that, especially taking out that extra bedroom in favour of a storage area.

I am a regular visitor to Go Outdoors (was Mitchells) in Wakefield although I have found over the last year or so their choice of tents has diminished somewhat and they only seem to stock certain manufacturers.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
