Can anyone advise us what equipment do you use for an electric hook up in a tent. We want to run a small fridge and phone chargers and an evening lamp to sit and chill with a book and a beer. Any advice will be greatly recieved. many thanks

Although to summarise all the posts make sure you get the proper thing which looks like  this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=009&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=190076256050&rd=1&rd=1

and don't go for the cheap imitations.
