Does anyone know if there are any shows or any shops with tents set up in the Aberdeenshire area or within afew hours drive. I'm torn between a Diablo, Colorado or Killington and hoped seeing them set up would help the decision?
Millets in Union St. used to have several small tents on the upper floor. Barring that, the nearest display I know of is Camping Ecosse down Edinburgh way.
There is a place near Forfar, Kingsmuir Camping Centre 01307 460794. Been opened a couple of years now. The guy usually has 20+ tents up on display from small to massive. Good range and very good service. Not sure when he will start up for this season or if he will have the Vangos this year.
yes check the kingsmuir camping centre web page it has the tents that they will stock this year. I imagine the actual outddor tent display will be open possibly late march/ april but give them a call to confirm. Family run business and very apporachable, friendly and helpful
