Can anyone help? We have our new caravan and we are getting used to it. I am not able to get the water to work and am very frustrated by this! I have attached a photo of the water valves. I don't know if they are set to on or off. Can anyone out there offer some advice? Thanks.

They are off. When on, the handle is in line with the pipe.
