have you bled the hot tap?
ok so lets start from the beginning when you turn up on site, connect a full barrel, go inside and flick the switch with the yellow tab on it to drain the water down (your returning it to stop that!) then go to your bathroom and turn on the shower, hot water first, and wait, keep waiting, eventually the water will make its way up thr the heater pushing the air into the onboard tank, but the pipes from the onboard tank will have air in them and you have to wait for the water to push the air out, how long you wait depends on how far the tank is from the shower, once the water flows from the shower, then open the hot tap in the sink, and then your kitchen, then do the same again for the cold water starting with the shower and then hand sink and finally kitchen sink, once they are all flowing smoothly then you can turn on your water heater, all the time this is happening someone is also keeping an eye on the aquaroll water level and refilling as neccessary.
