Hi all
Does anyone know how to remove the microwave in a 2019 Swift Elegance, so I can fit a new one?
I can see the top Davis plinth is held on with magnets each side , but are then any retaining brackets or clips?
Thanks

If there are no screws underneath the unit the front feet will be located in two holes. If it has ply above across the top to stop it jumping upwards slide this out and then just lift upwards to lift front feet out of locating holes.

I recently swapped mine in a 2009 Swift and the new one had feet in a different position so I had to make some wooden braces to stop it moving laterally.

I also had to add some wooden fillers to the underside of the shelf above it to stop it lifting upwards.

It's all OK but not a simple like for like swap as they no longer produce the model I took out.
