Hi I have a coachman Pastiche 420/2 2004 I need to replace the water pump and hose (Light Blue Hose). It is a Truma Crystal housing. searching online I see only Truma Mk 2. As my socket is old does Anyone know if the MK 2 will fit? My Crystal hand book doesn't give a type or part number.

My guess is that yours is a Mk2, although I can't be sure without seeing it. However, my caravan is much older than yours (1992) and mine is a Mk2. I recently bought a new pump and hose for it.

It was initially called the Carver Crystal system but then Truma took over and made a slightly different design apart from the actual connection which should fit. If it has two swivel pins, two brass button contacts with a hole approx.12mm. diameter then it will be identical. Truma then made the Ultraflow afterwards which is a different design altogether which is a push button trigger connection with two brass flat contacts (not round).

bobharford I have a brand new truma crystal maxi pump unopened that I bought for a 2005 pennine pullman, I sold the pennne and bought a gobur caravan which has a different fitting, the part number is 46100-01 if you are interested in buying it let me know, I would let you have it for £20+p&p

The one I use has the same connection but a completely different pump. Mine is much slimmer.
