Hi, i have a esterel folding camper, can anyone tell me where i can get advise or repair . The front end doesnt lift easily i think the problem is with the spring (pre gas assist). live in lincolnshire, thanks for any advise

I take it you mean Esterel Folding Caravan, if so there is a Facebook group for Esterel owners. If you don't have Facebook maybe someone you know has it.
I think you can change to gas struts, these are available from SGS.
