Hi ,have just purchased a 2008 Baily Ranger 510/4 Caravan ,there is no problem with flooring inside caravan ,but there is a small area of plywood rot on the underside of the flooring ,there seems have been water meaning down past the awning draft rail on O/S just in front of the wheel ,I can see that the awning draft rail has been resealed ,what would be the best way to repair this problem ,many thanks
