Hi looking at purchasing a caravan other than the cracked window its in good condition. Does anyone roughly know if its a big fix and not worth buying? Thanks in advance
Hi and welcome to the forum. The wooden frame around the window is completely rotten as water has been getting in for some time. The full extent is unknown, but rot is the nemesis of caravans so I for one would walk away, plenty more caravans to look at.

Mark Twain.
That is undoubtedly structural frame/interior panel rot from a water leak, and the blue 'mosaic' covering on the shelf looks to be an attempt to cover wider damage, but also indicates this is a long term problem that has been ignored!
How extensive the damage is will be an unknown until the area is dismantled, but is almost inevitably worse than the visible external signs! - expensive repair with little idea of how much final bill until dismantled and repair unavoidable!
Walk away unless prepared for big bills, and they can only get bigger the longer left unrepaired!
