Hi , I have filled ( I believe) the water tank. The pump stops and yes I have water. I went back 2 hours later and it seems I have lost any pressure. It’s like I have a leak although cannot see or hear any signs . I have again connected to the outside tank but it does take very long take to fill up and the pump stops. Could it be I have an airlock somewhere.
I have just released the dump valve and had put a bowl underneath to see how much ( if any comes out) .. Any ideas
Tony
Hi Tony, you don't say if it's on-board or external pump but you may have a bit of detritus stuck in the non-return valve. This will cause the pressure to slowly drop over time.

As said it could be the non return valve, once the system is full take the pump out of the barrel and put it into a container, jug etc and see if any water runs out, if so replace the one way valve/non return valve, I use a whale type in the pick up pipe.
