Joandjake, I uploaded the pics to my photobucket account. Next step is to click on the pic in photobucket, on the right are 6 boxes under the heading "links to share this photo", copy the words in the IMG box and paste them into your message box on here. Preview message to make sure its worked, job done

Good luck. I didn't bother with the picture icon on here, having used another forum I was already used to doing it my way. The posted image line should begin and end with [IMG], a common problem is you use the posting links on forums and you end up with IMG tag repeating at beginning and end [IMG][IMG] and this causes it to fail

A bitty day. Heres another view of rotten wall, looks like the window frames has had moths. Not a single blob of mastic anywhere on the window edge, so i now know I will be redoing every window. None of the wood battens appear to be bonded to the aluminium either and that goes for dry areas as well as damp. Its not too clear in the pic but the bottom bumper rail on outside of the van screws straight into the fibreglass, there is no missing batten. The screw ends are just visible on the left side of the fibreglass near the rotten upright. I will add a batten just to keep stresses off the old girls sides

Also had a dismantle session with the mains supply, originally fitted with flat grey which I believe is no longer allowed. Under a wooden lid hides a rats nest. Whole van will be re-wired...who needs 16 lights anyway!!

Where i chopped out the wet corner of the floor it gives me chance to photograph the hidden areas that you never see, think monsters lurk at the back. Anyway, the view is down the offside of the van looking back. Vikings have the bottom fibreglass panel going right under the van and back up again to the floor, essentially its J shaped if that makes sense

Please forgive for bumping my old thread up, but having done absolutely nothing for 3 years I have decided to make a big push and get something done this year. The slight snag is the van is 90 miles away and needs moving. Oh well, nothing ventured etc.
