Think so. The offside end of the roof rail was standing away from the skin by about 2mm, and the road light fitting was not sealed properly. I've also run a bead of Sikaflex along the top of the awning rail of the damp side.
The importance of any fix is to discover the cause, we had a similar situation happen to our motorhome and there were pin holes in the roof, we searched and searched the internet and found liquid roof, a paint on solution which stopped the leak and then it was on to fixing the internal damage, job done!
