Hi all,

We have recently bought a van ( before this we used a old trailer tent) i keep seeing coments about annual service i do not know if the one I have bought has ever had a service? could someone tell me how i go about getting one done? i live in Birmingham.

We purchased a new elddis riviera last year.

We had the exact same problem,  I pulled the plastic panel off the wall in the bathroom under the sink and found that the waste pipe for the sink had come adrift.

I contacted my Supplier and under my warranty I had the problem fixed.

Any dealer will service your van (budget £140 plus anything extra that needs doing). Alternatively look in yellow pages for caravan repair & servicing.  Ask for a damp test too. Some services treat it as an extra.
