Firstly, thank you to all those who have replied to my message.  Being new to caravanning is daunting and you have been very helpful.

I have been in touch with the dealer who says that the bulges are because they have had to replace a panel and when the caravan heats up, the bulges appear.  He says this is OK for it to happen. Should we get a second opinion?

i have replaced hundreds of panels and never have had one bulge

i can think of two reasons for this either they didnt key and clean the existing panel properly before they applied the adhesive or they were stingy with the adhesive

i wouldnt settle for it if you have just bought it tbh as there isnt realy an easy way to repair it, you cant reskin it again as the bulges would show through and removing a panel that is bonded to another is near impossible so both would need to be removed before a new one fitted

how long have you had the van????

We bought it in November, but it has only been serviced for use in March.
