Hi all

This weekend while away, the cold tap in the kitchen stopped working. When you turn the tap, the pump does not go.  While having a look around, I noticed that the outside water heater has a hole that says "drain here in winter" and water was leaking out of that.

I turned on the tap again and this time the pump was pulling water from the butt, but it was just spilling out that hole.

Any ideas?

It should explain why your water heater is leaking ( if you have a Carver heater ) .

On the diagram on that thread, its no 6 where the water is leaking from. I can no longer screw part 5. Any ideas?

Looks like you need one of these   Drain_plug    Carver_stuff  .
And you should be able to find them in most caravan shops .
