no water thro taps pump not working, there was a blown 10amp glass fuse, replaced this, the pump light comes on when a tap is turned on, still no water and the fuse wire glows red. do i need to replace pump or maybe faulty wiring.
any advice most welcome ( apart from don't buy off e-bay without viewing and checking)
cheers Ian

I'd take the pump off and connect a 12v supply direct from the battery. See if it pumps water, if it doesn't, then it probably is the pump. Might be seized.

Un-plug the pump and if the fuse does not glow then it's the pump, first though and while it's un-plugged, pull the filter end off the pump and spin the impeller with a screw driver. It should be free to turn, so if it's stiff keep turning until it frees off

we get luke warm water thru the tap, we turn it on and our green light goes on and after about 10 seconds it goes to red, we wondered if our problem was something to do with not enough gas

Have you remembered to remove the external vent cover?
It took me two trips before I realised I hadn't done it
