We have a Dethleffs 470 2005 caravan fitted with Heki III. But this has a handle NOT winder as given on the Dometic  web site. The blind has become delimited and needs replacing. I am having a dispute with my dealer who is currently denying liability, (there was a show offer for extended warrantee which they are now denying). As such I am seeking to find out how, if the need arises, I can replace the blind.

I hope these normally last more than 30 months!

Thanks, the dealer has now found we should have been covered by an extended warrantee so when that’s sorted out it is meant to cover the blinds. Dethleffs wrongly gave the Haki as 3, it’s in fact a 2. The current model is still said to be a 3, but its more likely a 2!
