We just bought this caravan from a friend, it is a real beauty. We have two small children and we were thinking about an awning (pop up easy type so that we could put them down at night time and have a drink/read/game of cards outside) but we are virutal beginners (we have a trigano but we haven't had the weather here in Eire). Any advice on types of awnings and prices very appreciated!

Hi, if your unsure about the age, there should be a plate next to the door with the age, model, weights etc on it (at least there is on my 88 musketeer)

I dont know what model/berths yours is, but mines the 5 berth with side sofa/bunk, and its approx 14` and it uses an 825 awning i beleive (I will check when i get home)

of course thats for a standard awning, most others go on the height, which is measured from the Ground to the awning rail.

on the1985 sprite says identification a plate on the draw bar after the model  year letter first two digits give year of build.

 Measuring your Awning

look at www.nrawnings.net  to give you an idea of prices.
