hi can anybody tell me how to stiffen the back end on my 2.0i b vectra dont want to use the rubber spring assistors ...any ideas

You may be able to get shocks with outer springs on them, or supplementary springs to fit inside the main ones , try Demon Tweeks, they probably have a website!

MAD do extra springs for a Vectra, (the Pt No. is HV-124158) I've fiited a kit to a 2004 VW Golf and they are great.

Yes extra springs are available as are stiffer units with stronger springs but they are quite a price to pay. I opt for the rubber assisters as I thought the others were not worth the extra cost.
