After last years wet summer, I noticed that one of my motors on my powertouch model 3 was a little noisey but still working ok, so I phoned them up for advice, and I'm pleased to report there response was fantastic....new motors sent out and fitted within a week! well pleased.. thank you powertouch for great service

You hear stories like this time and time again. Its a wonder they sell any other brands!

Electronic box failed, rang up on tuesday lunchtime , new box arrived thursday am, fitter came out 4pm thursday and fitted it, you can.t fault that for service, very pleased.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
