We have a 1992 A.B.I Marauder 400D which we have lent to some good friends for a week with am view to them buying off us, whilst away they couldn`t get any cold water thro` the tap but the hot water was working fine, but later on in the holiday, the area under the front seats where the heater is stored was absolutley soaking wet and it soaked right thro` to the carpets as well, they said it seems to be leaking under the heater. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

Useful picture Michael, leaks can occur inside at the water inlet/outlet, No's 7 & 10

The tank number 20 and conveniently the two places the tanks marked by the numbers, ie the seal area through frost damage and the underside toward the closed end through corrosion. The heating element (also 20) which leaks at it's bolted joint to the tank.

Outside at No's 14, 12, and 5 are all possibles and don't discount 14 leaking back inside through the burner modules seal!
