I have a Swift Challenger 440/4 (1991 model). It has a faulty microswitch tap in the shower room/toilet which is causing the pump to continually run. I don't know how to gain access to the microswitch. Does the sink itself lift out or does the casing/panelling have to be removed? Please help!!
if whale, there are four tiny caps (6) one at each corner.these need to be lifted off with a sharp point.take out all four screws.lift out the full unit slowly along with the pipes.you will see the micro switch with wires going to it.one switch each side if a mixer.pull off the cover ( 10) in dia.pull off wires and fit new switch and refit the coller.does not mattter which way round the wires are. i had some string holding the unit tied to the shower bracket while i changed the switch.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
