I'd think you mean it trips the RCD meaning an earth fault and not the normal MCB (fuse) because the Alde is overloading it?
So I would first suspect the electrical element is faulty as it's otherwise 2kw and needs under 10A.
Of course though, if you have a lot of other electrical gear running the total might reach 16A and trip the MCB?
As Steve says Alde have a network of service engineers who can fix any problem locally
