look under neath the shelf is the a circle of plastic???

if yes give it a little tug and it will come off you will see inside the scre that holds it to the panel!!!!

you can try tighten it but also have you put to much on it???? dont go mad dont want screw stuck out of side of van now do we?

hope this help or even makes sense just what i found in our van when shelf came loose
