Hi the bedroom sliding door keeps falling of its track there seems to be a screw and spring at each end of the bottom of the door one is fixed but the other is loose allowing the door to drop of the rail any one know how this works or how to et the dor off Thanks

Thanks for that ive found the problem now it was the plastic roller at the top part had snapped off letting the door drop of the track thanks for your reply Lobbers
