Sorry I have noooo idea about that particular company but if it's any help, we did get our awning reduced in size by a decent company, the name of which escapes me pea brain at this moment, (memory like a goldfish me). I'm pretty sure that hubby will remember so I'll ask him for the name of it when he gets back from sorting out my old Mum.
The company we used were recommended by peeps on here so we knew they'd be great and they were! They collected it and delivered it back and it didn't even take too long either. I have a feeling that the company were up north somewhere, (well north from us in Essex/Greater London that is). I'll do another post as soon as I've asked hubby for the name just incase it's any use for ya.
I may only have been as much use as a chocolate teapot in replying to your post but at least I'll have got shot of your sad blue face on the forum pages eh?
And the good news is......I've remembered the name of the company we used to reduce our awning from a size 12 to a size 11, (owing to a bit of confuddlment when purchasing the awning for our new larger tin tent......), and it was a company that other ukcs members had used and also been happy with.

Please note hubby did NOT remember the name of the company after all my expectations that he would and while I had their location as Bolton in my memory banks, (such as they are, but proved to be correct), he seemed to think it was in Sheffield! Not only the wrong town but also the wrong flippin' county!

Try Walsall Tent Hire, google the name for the telephone number, they do alterations and repairs on all awnings etc. Not too far from K Ford about 20min drive, good shop sells all sorts for caravaning and camping. good luck.
I know I have written about them elsewhere, but Jacksons of Arley have someone on site who does awning repairs/alterations. (P.S> I do not work for or have shares in Jacksons)
