The rubber seals on our roof lights have gone very sticky and are difficult to open. We have tried to wash it off but no success. Does anyone have any tips on whatwecan do without replacing the seals.

not much you can do except replace them as the sun warms them up they will stick, for now you could try clear silicon grease for now just a smidgen, but sounds like the seal is breaking down.
