hi folks  ,,my water pump is trying to suck up water from the aqua roll but the pump is not able to create enough suction ,, now i have checked the pipes and filters and all seems clear ,, i have stripped the pump and all seems fine ,, the last time we used the pump it started makeing a noise before we had the problem of lack of suction ,, is this just a sign that the pump needs replaceing ??? not sure how and why a  pump stops working ,,

Hello, there are several places to check to locate you pump problem. You say you have checked for pipe blockages, have you also made sure the pipes between the pump and the aquaroll are airtight?  If air can get in then the water will not be "lifted". To what level did you strip the pump, did you check the diaphragm for cracks and make sure that all internal component are clean?  If it is possible to run the pump out of the van, just connecting a hose/pipe to the inlet dipped in a bucket of water, that will also test the pump itself.  Can you describe the noise you heard before it stopped working, this may indicate where the problem is.

Look forward to hearing how you get on.
