Hello all

Wondered if you are able to help we have a TEC van with truma boiler. Normally hads a little light red (if there is a problem /no gas ) green if it is on and working. First time in van this year and there is no lights at all. I didn't want to leave it on and check it was/wasn't heating and it is just a fault with electric somewhere.(although all van electrics seem ok) The boiler is filling and emptying ok so I am cluless. Any suggestions greatfully received!!!

 yes I tried turning on and there is no light either red or green??

There should be a fuse box somewhere under the seats.

if all fails ask here.(change at sign)

 Ok,  thanks I will have to have a look for the fuse. I don't think there is a fuse box anywhere obvious in my van  so it will be like looking for a needle in haystack. Any suggestions as th where to start would be gratefully received.

 Update on hot water issues -Not good by the way!! Went to van this weekend checked fusre on boiler and changed it. Still no lights coming on  control panel (red or green)

Also tried  the gas fire and that isn't working either. The gas is working fine on the hob though 

Does any of this sound  like a familar problem or is it likely to be an expensive repair. It appears it is both a gas and electric problem but I admit I am stumped any ideas please???

Thanks for all replies. Problem now solved. Had to get in a "man who can" apparantly it was a transformer in the connection that had blown!! All sorted in less than 15 mins. Lovely hot water again blisssssssss.
