can someone tell me where the reset switch is on my carver 3600 heater please.i`m hopeing it may just have overheated.the owners manuel says open outlets and wait for it to cool down then press the reset flap.i took off the front cover but can`t find a switch anywhere?any advise please.thanks.

 check out gary's website at arcsystems.biz,all manuals are on there,just download the one for your fire,reset switch is behind panel on top left as you face the fire.

You need to get to the back of the fire from above, the "flap" is on the upper left side, and doesn't feel like anything much, just a sort of depression, it doesn't feel like it can be pressed much.

You reach it from above. What is above your heater?

In our van it was a drawer, sometimes it is the wardrobe base.

If the wardrobe, then the base is usually loose.
