Hi there,
dont know if this in the right section but if not please forgive my ignorance.
We have a senator indianna series 5 and have been advised by a friend to keep both butane and propane in the front locker. My question is can we safely turn off one type and then use the other running through a truma duo comfort?Obviously we would not be running them at the same time.At the moment we have the red cylinder going.
Thanks for the help in advance

I would just stick with the propane, saves any hassle.
We have gone over to the CalorLite to reduce weight.
Unless you need both butane and propane?
No problem changing between the 2 if necessary.------------- Jennifer

Thanks for the advice Jennifer.
Only really need both when out and about in really cold springs like this year as we often camp at game and country fairs and this year have to say that the blue gas froze overnight meaning no breakfast!!Unimaginable eh?
cheers,Linda

just use the red (propane) theres not much in the price of it, and makes it simpler.
doesnt need much for the butane to cease to gas, about 4 degrees C.
