Hi can anyone help, I am experiencing problems with my Carver cascade 2, fitted to my 1995 Elddis Whirlwind . I switched it on for the first time this year,( no water flow from hot tap prior to starting up ) and the green light illuminates on the operation panel and it heats up, but no water flow when the tap is turned on. The pump can be heard running, and I have proved that water is reaching the heater, but no flow from the heater, I am a competant engineer, so am not afraid to tackle most jobs, should that be required .

Sounds like a blocked / stuck non return valve .

.there is an easy way to tell if the non return valve is blocked or stuck.fill the system as normal,make sure the aquaroll is full.remove the drain plug outside of the carver and get someone to switch on the pump.if its blocked the water will just trickle out.if its ok the water will gush out.
