Help!!!!! My over run damper seems to be very stiff I have greased it up and only just about pull it out and I have no chance of pushing it back in.It doesn't seem right to me can anyone tell how to free it off please
Its meant to be stiff. If its loose then it needs changing. It might help to dismantle the whole hitch & clean the sliding portion, its probably full of old grease. Provided the caravan brakes work ok & it don't slam against hitch under braking, its ok.

if its faulty it will clonk on take off and braking.
