Hi Guys,
First post so hello to everyone. I changed indicator bulb on my elldis 505. But now the light cluster is quite loose. Apart from using bigger self tapping screws, any other ideas. Thanks

John, subject to the obvious considerations, nothing wrong with using bigger self tappers

why is it loose, can you not tighten the screws more?, was it set in the hole correctly when you started to tighten?,

You can buy from W4 spares, these screw type gromits. I only found this out by chance yesterday when I was at a dealers, as I was looking for fixings for a repair I was doing. in case..... They are a thread within a rubber bung thing, which has a screw into it.

I'm not great at explaining it, but the dealer said they use them specifically to fix in the light clusters, since the screw closes the bung and fills the loose hole to get a fixing.

£1.75 for 2. Look out for them.
