i have got an putwell carolina 3 medium tent and last weekend manages to do a small tear in the groundsheet and i jus want advice on how to repair the tear.... when its repaired im making sure i get the carpet for extr safety....

Duct tape on both sides. Make sure it's dry first.

Ductape inside and out , cut the corners rounded so less chance of it peeling .should have no problem after.

I would use McNett Tenacious Tape, as said inside and out, used it on an awning still holding after 3 year.

duct tape is good but its not 100% waterproof. go into a camping store and ask for advice, or even better find out your tent make and contact the manufacturer for more advice
