What is the best glue to attach a new window frame to the inside surface of the aluminium?

John Wickersham (Haynes) talks about Sikaflex 512, but he also mentions polyester-based repair paste (eg Davids Isopon P40). In a similar situation I have used polyurethene glue.

What should I be using?

I've used Sikaflex and found it to be excellent.
