Hi,
I have an old (92) Swift Challenger, and am just about done making the rails all watertight. However, whilst cleaning it, I noticed several small (circa 4mm diameter) holes on the off-side, in the skin.

They could be from some kinda fitting, or could just be perished aluminium, but I wondered if anyone had any idea how to treat them? There's about 10 or so, but the skin of the 'van is of the 'textured' effect, and an off-cream/magnolia - type colour. Patching with sikaflex might be an option, but the glorious white will draw a lot of attention to them.

Anyone have any clues/ideas of suitable repair materials?

Bort

PS There's too many of them to stick reflectors/grills/rails over 'em!

If the holes are of a consistent size and run in a line or are in a pattern I would say some one has screwed something to the side of your van at some time. Sikaflex not doing cream can be a bit of a pain sometimes. I have been spraying over the white with a cream from Plasti-Kote - works very well (they also do a touch-up paint if you don't want to spray) have a look in B&Q for the paint. So sikaflex and cream paint for a fix
