good day could any body give any help with this question

i am going to empty the water out of the toilet for winter i do this by flushing it to get rid of the water from the tank when i have finished flushing the toilet there is still some water showing in the clear pipe thet lets you know how full the toilet is by then the toilet will not flush no more which is telling me there is no water in the tank but there is some showing in the pipe this bit of water showing in pipe may well freeze in winter is there any way to get rid of this last bit of water thanks in advance

If the pipe you mention is outside you should be able to pull the top of the pipe away and take off the end cap and point the pipe downhill,this should drain the top tank and pipe.

Our van has a small black grommet at the bottom to drain the tank.

if not mentioned in the above leave cupboard and toilet doors closed because they can warp quite bad and may not close correctly again.remove tap/shower head in the toilet as these are expensive items to buy.leave taps open in the centre position.remove all cloths and paper that can be used to make a nest for our little friends,mice.
