i did a full size awning with two bottles of reproofer and one of cleaner because only the dirty marks were done with the cleaner.i used fenwicks.

The outwell montana is a polyester tent the fabric is bonded to a plastic layer. These modern type polyester tents do not require water re-proofing. If it is leaking at the seams use a seam sealer. Any thing else is more likely to be condensation.
