Does anyone know if Arc Systems are still trading as I sent my Carver heater to them for a service back in February and not received it back since. I spoke to someone called Gary about 3 weeks after I sent it. Since then my numerous calls to both numbers on the website and emails have been unanswered.
If the company has folded or ceased trading how can I get my heater back. Would trading standards be the next call
You can try trading standards, but if they have ceased trading they may not be able to help. If a liquidator is involved in the wind up of the business, you may have a claim to get it back , but I would not hold my breath! Good Luck

I think talk of liquidators etc and ceased trading is a bit premature without some facts but if the worst comes to the worst it is still your heater and can be recovered unless held against any money you may owe (for its repair etc)
I'm one guy not 10! and I'm up to my neck in it and can only answer so many calls a day, about 20 or 30 I suppose!
Currently both phones never stop ringing and I've given up trying to answer emails at over 100 a day!!
Also on the subject of calls, these come at any time of the day...and night, not so much as an excuse me, just launch into it at 9pm at night!
Having said all that, I am though truly sorry, I still have three 'late' Cascades to sort out and apart from the phone, the main reasons was stock of tie rods ran out. I've since had my own stock made but still busy catching up, so I'd fully expect these last three to be done early next week.
I am also annoyed, however that's with myself, I hate letting people down but all the frost damage caused last winter has simply been overwhelming
yes gary keep up the good work. agree with you re frost damage a few people ive spoke to and myself included have had problems due it. you can only do so much,you give free advice out on this forum a lot of people would be in a right pickle if you hadnt given them the advice and theyd be quids out a pocket

I have to say gary fixed my heating system and done put 110% effort into getting old part working.
i can see the annoyance of waiting customers, but youve now had a responce,
out of the 3 caravans used for my work mine was the only one that survived the winter.I beleive that to be because of gary's advice as i took the time to make sure 100% of water had been removed.
