Iv got a Carver 3600stc heater and a fanmaster warm air fan heater and my fan runs all the time even if it i switch it of on the control panel the only way to stop it is to take the fuse out. Every thing is working fine with it. just wondering if this is normal.

No it's not normal, the main control board inside the Fanmaster has failed, cause of it failing is a worn fan motor overloading the electronics.
