Hi everyone im replacing the window seals on my swift rapide, The wall diameter is 25mm yet the internal diameter of the old seal i took off is 27mm.

Is this to allow for thickness of mastic ?
I would rather it be tight than loose!

I see that there's both sizes on the market(25mm & 27mm)but what size do i buy ?
Im thinking 25mm but thought ide ask around for advice, also the bulb looks to be 10mm but can i use 13mm to make it tighter or would it be to tight?

A difficult one this , but i would say go with the 25mm seal as you've measured the wall section as 25mm, but if in doubt fit what was there before . 
I would keep the same bulb size , going bigger on the bulb you may find you place unnecessary stress on the window and catches when trying to close them .
