I think they are all fairly similar. 512 is supposed to be slightly faster curing, with better resistance to UV. EBT may cure faster in moist conditions.
I think any of them will be very good, providing the surfaces to be bonded are well degreased (meths). Just don't use it if you want to take it apart again! I've seen gelcoat pulled off glassfibre before a Sikaflex bond fails!
I've used all 3 and there's not much between them , Tiger seal is nice and easy to use where as Sikaflex 512 can be slow coming out of the tube and the price is imo way too expensive now .
For a permanent repair any polyurethane sealant/adhesive will do the job, not just the various Sikaflex products. Tigerseal is one, there are plenty of others. If you google you will find mail order places that supply it & you can also buy it from boat chandlers.
Check sell by date on cartridge as it becomes unusable after that. Leaving in hot water before use makes it flow better.
due to the fact we are ona budget ive done some price matching and have found that wurth do a sika type product that you know is going to be of quality
the product is called seal and fix, it comes in at £3.84 a tube inc vat
