i got a sterling europa 620 2007 with a truma heater and i got the strangest thing happening it works when it feels like it all fuses are ok the heater works fine but blow heater you turn it on it dont work then all of a sudden it may come on has anyone got any ideas

Most probably a connection problem, the robust looking connection plugs are not as robust as they seem?!

Other than that the fan control switch is no better and just as often the cause of this.
Another possible is worn out fan motor brushes.

Overall and apart from the brushes, I more than suspect the root cause is out of balance wheels and the vibration damaging the connections and or switch
