Hi
same happened to us at Loose Hill a few months ago charger packed in , went to Halfords and bought a battery charger to get us through the week . When we got home went on ebay found a online company at Walcott nr Lincoln went over and picked one up approx £50 . Then had a drop test on battery and found that had packed in and most probaly caused the charger to stop working . So i would have your battery checked as well .
