Hi, I have a Swift 560 just under 3 years old. The fridge went off recently after 6 days use ( on electric ) took it in to thetford agents,went off with them tried it again and stopped on. Went away again after 4 days fault came back, switched over to gas and has worked okay for the remaining 7 days, the repairers are still seeking a solution, has anyone any clues ? or do you think i should get in touch with Thetford.

I had a problem with aThetford fridge in a Swift Abbey 480 2008..Blue light flashing LED messages 8 and 13 and Spanish day temp of 32C.

I contacted Thetford in Sheffield and they were fantastic!    Problem is "Reverse Polarity" on Cotinental campsites. ( They don't care a monkey what goes through what colour cable and tell you just to connect) Thetford overcame the problem on the 2009 output vans with a "Reset fuse  PCB"  ( Not a retrofit option).

"Noworries- give us the fridge number behind the salad bin" and I get the Part Nos. for a new PCB and Thermistor,   Spares stockist,( English Spoken) Tel number.

Next time I believe my meter and adapt a plug to suit what it says and ignore the Gallic shrug!
